We are able to provide good value support for business payroll production.

Our accounts team will calculate employees’ tax and (NIC) national insurance contributions and adjust these for sickness, paternity or maternity leave as our expert in Human Resource and Organizational behavior. We will send the final payroll calculations for your approval and then provide you with paper pay slips to pass on to your staff .

As part of our payroll services, we’ll also calculate your employer’s (NIC) insurance contribution and prepare your monthly PAYE returns as well as producing P45 forms for employees when they leave. At the end of the year we will also produce a P60 for each employee showing all taxable income for the year.

This is NOT a quote and is subject to agreement with each new client prior to the commencement of service. Please note that the fees below are estimates for well kept records, and for Accounts and Tax Returns which are not overdue, nor within one month of being due when first contacted.

Fees to new clients in 2023 will also hold for 2024, if circumstances broadly remain the same.

Self Assessment: SA Return – if no major complications (excludes Year End Accounts): Estimate range £200 to £400

Sole Trader Accountbased on a well kept set of books and records; From £250

Dividendbased on a well kept set of books and records; From £200

Property AccountPreparation and Profit & Loss Account; From £200 per property.

Limited Company: Preparation & Submission of Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax Returns ;to HMRC ; Micro Accounts submitted to Companies House – For a single Shareholder / Director company, based on a complete and well kept set of books and records; From £600

Bookkeeping£25 Per Hour

VAT: Standard £200 per quarter, Flat Rate £100 per quarter.

PAYEeach employee up to the end of your financial year end £50

Main Fee Rate:– For correspondence, accounts, general tax, business plans, and any further work which arises: £50 per hour.

Fees for Overdue and “Last Minute” Accounts & Tax

Our fees for Accounts and Tax which are overdue, or are within one month of the due date are £100 per hour for Accounts and Tax, and £50 per hour for bookkeeping.
